About Regina Berry
Regina Berry is the Diversity Administrator for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, where she ensures minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned and majority-owned small business are provided an opportunity to participate in government contracts. Regina was previously an Affirmative Action Compliance Officer. She has 30 years of governmental experience in various capacities.
Ms. Berry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Management, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Doctorate – in Educational Leadership and Organizational Change.
Ms. Berry serves as an elected board member of the American Contract Compliance Association (ACCA). ACCA is a nonprofit national organization dedicated to ensuring equitable employment and contracting practices within the public and private sectors. Ms. Berry also serves on the executive board of Hope for a Better Tomorrow. Hope is a non-profit organization working to eliminate poverty, reduce violence, diminish illiteracy, and challenge social inequities.
She has received numerous awards: the (U.S.) President’s Volunteer Service Award, Egretha Supplier Diversity Award, HACIA Government Service Award, and the Legacy Award for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, to name a few.
